KORLOY has launched TB-M, a new Precision grooving tooling solution
TB-M insert has 3 corners for your productivity.
TB-M’3-corner and specially designed chipbreaker produce stable chip control.
It makes flexible use in automated production line.
- Various grooving width 1.5~4.5mm(TB4150R-M ~ TB4450R-M)
- Tolerance ±0.025 applied
- Maximum depth of cut is 5mm
It can be used for any shape of shaft, O-Ring, bearing, assembling part and etc.
Strong clamping system of TB-M by contacted 3 shapes guarantees excellent performance by preventing vibration.
TB-M insert coated with PVD coating technology, PC5300, is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel. They are main material for automobile part.
