KORLOY Auto Tools Blade has been launched for the function of machining small precision parts. There are 4 different types of products such as Turning Cutting, Grooving Cutting, Threading Cutting, Parting off Cutting. Thanks to high quality and precision grinding, KORLOY Auto Tools Blade offers a productivity raise by shortening the time needed to replace tools.
The holder is compatible with 4 types of inserts, easy-clamping with both-side screw, also, the exclusive holder for cutting off close to sub-spindle is included.
The minimum width of insert cutting edge for parting off is 0.7mm so that you can save considerable amount of workpiece when machining.
Also,it is combined with PC8110 grade applied our new PVD coating system. So, in manufacturing elctricity,electron,medical and small precise parts, which their materials are based on Stainless, Titanium, Inconel, heat resistent alloy, it makes stable performances and provides with solution for tiny component manufacturing .
