The Super Endmill For Ti 5F comes in flat and radius shapes with various specifications of 1.5D, 2.5D, and x4D flute lengths. Compared to the existing 4F products, the number of flutes has been increased, enabling high-efficiency machining at higher table feed rates.
By applying an unequal division and a tapered core web shape, machining stability is improved during high-efficiency operations. The new UT grade exhibits enhanced heat resistance compared to the existing UL grade, delivering excellent performance when machining Ti and Ti alloys.
