Regulations on Data Use
- It is strictly prohibited that user sells, gives, lends, copies or sends data to other people
(via Messanger, Webhard or other networks), including online and offline.
- When it comes to data offered and the second work which is made by using the data offered, it is strictly prohibited that user
registers them for obtaining intellectual property rights, distributes or sells them to the third party.
(Only 1 production/ 1 purpose / one-time use are permitted)
- It is strictly prohibited that user saves them in the form of data storage room on homepage or scraps them on blog
- It is prohibited that user posts data on a website operated by the user, use’s own blog, sharing network or online backup system,
etc. for letting other people download the date.
- It is prohibited that user uses all or a part of the data offered for exhibition/contest, logo/ trade mark or mark.
Data Copyright
- Copyright of offered data is owned by KORLOY, Inc.
- When it comes to illegal reproduction, illegal use or any violation on data regulation without prior consultation,
they are considered as infringement of the Copyright Act and relevant laws
- It is required to confirm a license for each usage of data. Therefore, user must confirm it first when using data.
When user finds the relevant license, user should acquire the license. When there’s a conflict on those license or a conflict
with the third party due to data use, KORLOY Inc. has no responsibility on the legal conflict.
In this case, user has all responsibility on the conflict.
