KORLOY WIND MILL series have been developed based on the conventional solution for grooving and parting off SPB/SPP.
As the requirement for complex and various cutting shape increases, requirements for grooving of milling
also increased
KORLOY new WIND MILL series, can groove from 4mm to 14mm width with edge radius of R0.2~R2.0.
To decrease cutting force and increase clamping force, it has adopted a simple square design of insert. This design helps to decrease cutting pressure and get better surface finish. In conclusion, you will be able to save tool cost up to 20% due to enhanced tool life.
