Due to its stable clamping system, the new FMR P-positive guarantees a better machinability and productivity.
Also, the new FMR P-positive guarantees a wide range of application with its variety of line-up.
Also, it provides suitable solution for high-hardness material and hard-to-cut material.
The new FMR P-positive has improved its strength by adopting a P-posi (11°) relief angle.
It shows excellent performance on hardened alloy steel and heat resistance alloy. The side of the insert was flattened to avoid interruption and unwarranted rotation. The new FMR P-positive is provided in various grades and C/Bs suitable for various workpieces.
When machining, the new FMR P-positive, which has adopted an anti-rotation system with separated corners, prevents interruption in high-feed. It has a secure clamping system as well.
By applying inner coolant system on the new FMR P-positive, chip evacuation has improved along with productivity and tool life(due to decreased cutting temperature).
Especially the concave shaped design helps decrease the cutting temperature.
